Where to start
Some of it's faster elsewhere.
- Can't access something you bought Email me with the details below and I'll sort it. Nine times out of ten it's a typo in the email address used at checkout.
- Golf Lab members You have a direct line to me inside the Lab, and FRED is there any time. Both are quicker than email.
- Coaching enquiries Everything's laid out on the coaching page — have a look first, then email if you're still not sure which one fits.
- Refunds and policies Read the refund policy and the privacy policy and terms before you write. They answer most of it.
- Media and podcasts Happy to talk. Email me with what you're after and when.
If something's gone wrong with an order
Include these and it's fixed in one email.
- The email address you used at checkout — including any typo, if you spotted one
- What you bought, and roughly when
- What happened, or what you're seeing instead
Most access problems are a mistyped address at checkout, so that first one usually solves it on the spot.

I'm happy to be disagreed with — the whole business is built on disagreeing with people. But abuse, swearing at me or insults get deleted and won't be answered. Everything else gets a fair hearing.
